Story: Fiano is a white Italian variety grown primarily in the Campania region in the south, and also on the island of Sicily. Known for its low yields, strong flavours and intense aromas, this is a variety to watch in the years to come.

Vintage:  The 2023 vintage was very cool and very even in temperature, so we were able to harvest each variety in its perfect window of premium ripeness for the intended wine styles. This was the third cool year in a row and the fruit flavours across the board were exceptional.

Nose: The Handcrafted Fiano entices with a bouquet that includes nectarine, stone fruit, lemon balm, river stone, citrus zest, and a subtle note of almond meal.

Palate: On the palate, you'll experience the great weight and complexity that comes from the time it spent on lees, which enhances the overall tasting experience.

Food Pairings: Try this wine with fried whitebait and a roast garlic aioli.
