Brand Info Shortly after leaving the family company in 1980, Geoff Hardy established Pertaringa, which has since continued to produce some of McLaren Vale's finest wines. The name Pertaringa means 'belonging to the hills' and originates from the local Kaurna indigenous language

Story  Family owned and operated, Pertaringa has branched out from its McLaren Vale roots to explore the uniqueness and diversity of South Australia's iconic wine growing regions. Gruner Veltliner is an Austrian variety that's found a new home in the cool climate of the Adelaide Hills, producing crisp and elegant white wines.

Nose The nose offers complex aromas of white peach, citrus and white pepper.

Palate The aromas continue on the textured palate with additional notes Nashi pear and apple.

Food Pairings Try this wine with an Asian chicken stir fry with bok choy and cashews.
