Brand Info The GMH brand name reflects Geoff's initials and was originally made for the Canadian export market, but is today exported to several countries and also sold domestically. The GMH wines might be expressions of a single vineyard or regional blends, and are all made from premium fruit from (sustainably managed) vineyards around South Australia.

Story Meritage is an international term for a Bordeaux blend and the GMH White Meritage is made from white varieties commonly grown in the Bordeaux region of France. This vintage is made up of 70% Semillon and 30% Sauvignon Blanc from the K1 by Geoff Hardy vineyard in the Adelaide Hills.

Nose The nose offers aromas of key lime, gooseberries and cumquat with notes of rock melon.

Palate The palate is crisp and lively with citrus blossom, rock melon and passionfruit with a balanced mouthfeel and great acidity.

Food Pairings Try this wine with shellfish such as prawns served on a watercress salad with a mango dressing.
