Brand Info The GMH brand name reflects Geoff's initials and was originally made for the Canadian export market, but is today exported to several countries and also sold domestically. The GMH wines might be expressions of a single vineyard or regional blends, and are all made from premium fruit from (sustainably managed) vineyards around South Australia.

Story  Shiraz is synonymous with Australia and is grown in most regions from the warmest regions where it produces full-bodied, ripe and plummy wines, to cool regions where a spicy, peppery, medium-bodied wine is the result.

Nose The nose offers beautiful fruit aromas of black cherries and plums with a spicy black pepper finish.

Palate The palate is elegant with notes of cherries followed by rich plum, savoury cloves and a fine tannin structure.

Food Pairings Try this wine with a grass fed scotch fillet steak and grilled vegetables on the barbeque.
