Brand Info The GMH brand name reflects Geoff's initials and was originally made for the Canadian export market, but is today exported to several countries and also sold domestically. The GMH wines might be expressions of a single vineyard or regional blends, and are all made from premium fruit from (sustainably managed) vineyards around South Australia.

Story The GMH Pinot Noir is a great example of how well this grape variety is suited to the cooler Adelaide Hills.

Vintage Spring and summer were cooler than normal with above average rainfall and the 2017 vintage happened much later than usual. The combination of those factors and dry weather for most of the harvest resulted in higher yields and excellent quality across regions.

Nose The nose offers subtle, delicate aromas of strawberries, red berries and a hint of dried herbs.

Palate The palate is smooth with great depth for a Pinot Noir, with enchanting berry flavours and an elegant, classy finish.

Food Pairings Try this wine with a classic duck dish.
