We have recently joined Hills Biodiversity as a ‘Silver Banksia’ financial donor.

Hills Biodiversity is a new initiative that started in 2020 and is based around protecting & improving the biodiversity of the Adelaide Hills through volunteer action days to help landholders in weed removal & revegetation. We are currently planning with them for a working bee to be held at K1 and Badgers Farm on our quest to continue to regenerate the land.

We will also be donating $4/ bottle of K1 Shiraz and K1 Chardonnay sold through Cellar Door to Hills Biodiversity.

Wines by Geoff Hardy’s winemaker Shane Harris has been named as Winestate Magazine’s Australian Winemaker of the Year 2020, for the third time in eight years.

Shane is the first winemaker to be named Winestate Magazine Australian Winemaker of the Year three times, having previously won the award in 2012 and 2018.
