Story: Traditional crafting techniques with a modern twist, newly released Red Label represents wines made from the hero varietals from the most premium regions across South Australia.

Vintage: 2022 Higher than average rainfall over winter followed by a warm and dry spring resulting in even budburst and a textbook start for the vintage. A cool but relatively dry summer gave us beautiful even ripening conditions. This slow ripening allows great flavour development and retention of natural acidity

Nose: Delicate and inviting, the Syrah Rosé reveals notes of strawberries and cherry on the nose.

Palate: The palate offers a refreshing blend of watermelon, cranberries, and white cherries. Its crisp character makes it a perfect choice for warm summer days.

Pairing: This Syrah Rosé pairs exceptionally well with prawn dumplings, showcasing its versatility and complementing the delicate flavors of the dish.
